Your Drama User Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing the Your Drama platform! Before logging in and accessing our services, please read this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully.

Your platform account remains our primary means of verifying your identity.

Account Cancellation: You may apply to cancel your account at any time. Please be aware that cancellation is permanent; you will lose all access rights, and all stored data (including personal records and usage history) will be irrecoverably deleted.

Account Security & Conduct: We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate this Agreement. Furthermore, using false information or including illegal/unethical content in your profile (avatars, bios, etc.) will result in immediate corrective action to maintain platform integrity.

2. Eligibility

By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age and possess the full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement;

Your use of Your Drama complies with the laws and regulations of your current jurisdiction.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

Fees: Certain features require payment. Fees and terms will be clearly displayed prior to purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise mandated by law or explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Price Adjustments: Your Drama reserves the right to adjust service fees based on market conditions. Changes will be announced on the platform and take effect from the date of posting.

Subscription Rights: Subscribed benefits are strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your provided location and identity information. We will calculate and collect these statutory taxes during the settlement process.

4. Privacy Protection

Data Processing: By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data (e.g., device info, usage history) as outlined in the Your Drama Privacy Policy .

Commitment to Security: We employ robust security measures to protect your data. We encourage you to review the full Privacy Policy to understand your rights and our obligations.

Non-Consent: If you disagree with the Privacy Policy, you must stop using the services immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Your Drama—including text, images, videos, audio, software, UI design, and trademarks—is the property of the platform or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, downloading, or linking of this content is strictly prohibited. Violators will be held liable for all legal consequences, including civil damages and criminal prosecution.

6. Usage Code of Conduct

Legal Compliance: You agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes. You shall not engage in fraud, distribute harmful content, or infringe upon the rights of others. You bear full responsibility for any legal repercussions or losses resulting from your misconduct.

Cultural Respect: You must respect the local laws, social ethics, and cultural customs of your region. If your actions involve the platform in political or public relations crises, we reserve the right to terminate your service immediately without compensation.

7. Promotional Activities

Your Drama may offer promotions (discounts, bundles, etc.) via our official channels. These activities may be governed by specific Promotional Rules. In the event of a conflict between those rules and this Agreement, the Promotional Rules shall prevail for that specific event.
